Emily + Alex | A Stormy Colorado Couples shoot

When I think of the love between my Fiancé, Casey - and I, and how I would want someone to capture it - it’s all of the in between moments. We are so giggly, so weird, and we never stop dancing (though, he’s a much better dancer than I am). This is how I would want our relationship to be photographed - and this is how I photograph my couples.

I had been looking forward to Emily and Alex’s anniversary shoot in Boulder Colorado for weeks. I flew from Minneapolis to Colorado for both her shoot, and a cute little family session. About an hour before the shoot, a big storm rolled in…crazy wind and rain and all. Thankfully, after the initial downpour - the rain stopped, and we got to laughing, exploring, climbing, and twirling around!

I really hope that every couple get’s to experience looking back on photos that capture the goofy/silly/playful love they have with each other!
